- Cancellations & Refunds
- Orders canceled at least 48 hours before delivery/collection may qualify for a refund.
- No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of the delivery date.

- We are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery details.

Due to the nature of our food products, we do not accept returns. However, if you receive an incorrect or damaged order, please contact us within 24 hours for assistance. Ticket refunds are only available should events be cancelled.
Refunds & Replacements:
- If we delivered the wrong order, we will offer a replacement or refund.
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
- If events are to be cancelled, we will offer a replacement.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Perishable food items.
- Custom catering orders.
